How we handle your personal information

According to the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR – issued by the EU, we have updated our integrity policy that describes how we collect, handle and (do not) spread your personal information.

By personal information we refer to data that we collect so as to be able to fulfill our services to you. Such as subscribing to our newsletter, being registered on our home page, filling in a delivery address for products you have bought, or registering a product you have bought.

Registered member

By filling in your e-mail address and a password of your choosing you are stating that you want to register as a member. Membership is a prerequisite for submitting questions and comments within our community and/or for rating products.

Newsletter (available soon)

By filling in your e-mail address you are stating that you want to subscribe to our newsletter. The e-mail address will be used to send the newsletter to you. In every received newsletter you can easily decline from receiving any further newsletters by clicking Unregister from this service.

Webshop purchase (available soon)

When you chose to purchase a product in our webbshop you will be asked to fill in your name, address, mobile phone and e-mail address. This information will be used for the purpose of delivering the product to you and, if need be, to contact you about the delivery. Payments and any information connected to payments will be handled by an external partner.

Registering a product (available soon)

By filling in your e-mail address you are stating that you – for example – want to receive an electronic book via e-mail. The e-mail is used to distribute the book to you.

Storing personal information

We will store your information as long as we need to fulfill services to you and it is purposeful, e.g. for warranties, ongoing mailings with food inspiration, etc.

Your right to your information

You can at any time demand to see your personal information, to have it updated or delted. Send a mail to [email protected] with your request.

Cookies

We use cookies when you visit or web page. Cookies are small text files used to improve user experience. If you wish to avoid the use of cookies you can turn this function of in the Settings menu in your web browser. Closing this function will affect how you experience the web page.
