How much pasta for one portion?
How much dry pasta is just the right amount for a perfekt portion on your guest's plate? There are as many answers as there are "expert" pasta cooks. We recommend your – as always – to do what the pros do and weigh your spaghetti – or any other dry pasta – on a pair of scales and get it just right every time.
The right amount of pasta per person:
The restaurant measure is 110 grams (3,9 ounces) of dry pasta. If you want to be a bit more generous at home, make it 120 grams (4,2 ounces).
