Salt water fish


A deep-water fish similar to a short ling. The dorsal and anal fins are extended but the body is compact. It has barbels and an underbite.

How to cook cusk

The flesh of cusk is somewhat firmer than cod and the flavor can be reminiscent of lobster. It goes well in stews and can also work on the griddle.
